In the SMS content, do not insert the person’s name and surname or our details.
The system will insert it.
Just type, for example, “We confirm our meeting at 10:00.”
The system will then send the client a message as follows:
Dear James English
We confirm your meeting our meeting for 10:00. Regards, Our Lawyer (Pty) Ltd
