Our Family Law Service Offerings

Our Family Law service offerings are two dimensional. The first being consultative legal advice, at a fee of R 900 – 00 for 40 minutes or part thereof, on a family law topic, issue or problem. This advice can be provided face to face, telephonically, or via video (Skype, WhatsApp or Facetime). Your convenience is our priority and therefore, made online appointment easy. The second dimension is that of providing services at a fixed price, which we refer to as our legal products. This is to your advantage as you know what you would pay for the family law service beforehand. Terms and conditions however apply.

Our estimated cost for our legal products are as follows:

Email Legal Advice (per question) R 699 – 00
Family Trust Registration R 7 500 – 00
 Shariah Will Drafting  R 950 – 00
 Unopposed Divorces  R 9 500 – 00


If you are interested in any of the above products (other than the Email Legal Advice), please proceed with making an appointment with us at a fee of R 900 – 00. If during the consultation, you still wish to proceed with the product, then the balance is only payable. For example, if you wish to consult on an Unopposed Divorce, make an appointment with us for R 900 – 00. If during the consultation you still wish proceed with the Unopposed Divorce, then you only pay the estimated balance, which in the case of an Unopposed Divorce, is R 8 600 – 00.
