It is, however, wise to enter into a written Pre-Nikkah agreement stipulating the important aspects of the marriage. If you have not done so, you can still enter into a written Post-Nikkah Agreement.<\/p>\n<h2>What is a Pre- or Post-Nikkah Agreement?<\/h2>\n<p>A Pre-nikkah or Post Nikkah Agreement is a written contract between the bride and groom where each party specify in detail exactly what they expect and understand what is to come from the marriage.<\/p>\n<p>A Pre-nikkah or Post Nikkah Agreement deals with the proprietary aspects of your marriage and may deal with what the dowry is, roles in the household between husband and wife, how gifts and household effects should be shared or who owns valuable items given or bought.<\/p>\n<h2>Our Pre or Post-Nikkah Agreement Service includes the following:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A consultation in relation to your pre or post-Nikkah Agreement; and<\/li>\n<li>The Drafting of your Pre-Nikkah Agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Payment and Appointment<\/h2>\n<p>Therefore, if you require a pre-nikkah or post-nikkah agreement, please proceed with making payment for the service.
