KINDLY NOTE that this document would be reviewed in order to consider the possibility of a class action to court in order to force the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development (DOJCD) to pay over the moneys paid to them by the employers to the respective complainants as provided in your garnishee order.

KINDLY NOTE FURTHER that by submitting this document, there is no guarantee that any action will be taken against the DOJCD nor that you will obtain the funds. Should it be decided to launch a class action to court, with you as a co-applicant, you would then be required to provide the required mandate to the relevant attorneys and submit with it all relevant documents etc.
