Payment terms / arrangements
If you wish to make use of our services and cannot afford the full fee, feel free to ask about payment arrangements. With regard to all services however, half the payment has to be made upfront.
Payment arrangements for divorces
If you and your spouse agree on an uncontested divorce, we can arrange a payment plan for you. As can be seen from our divorce section, our free for an undefended divorce is R 5900 - 00. If you cannot afford it upfront, you are welcome to make payment arrangements as follows:
R 3 500 - 00 at the first consultation;
R 1 000 - 00 before we have the divorce is set down for Court; and
R 1 000 - 00 a day before the divorce;
R 400 - 00 on receipt of your divorce order.
