If you wish to arrange an appointment with us, but first wish to provide us with some background information before the consultation, feel free to download an appointment from by clicking here or fill in the form below.
Our fees for telephonic as well as face to face consultations are R 500 (Five hundred rand) for 30 (thirty) minutes or for part therefore. However, depending on the nature of your problem or the advice required, a longer consultation time may be required. The fees would then be R 500 (Five hundred Rand) for 60 minutes, R 1500 (One thousand five hundred Rand) for 90 minutes and so on. Payment is to be made in advance unless other arrangements have been made.
Once you filled in the appointment form you downloaded, and made payment, you may send the form to us either via email or telefax and we shall confirm the time and date for the consultation as suggested by you in the filled in appointment form. If you wish to have a telephonic consultation after hours, that too can be arranged.
Our banking, email and fax details and where you must send the filled in appointment form and proof of payment are to be found on the appointment form. You may even fill in the appointment form which is in Microsoft Word format on your PC and send email it back to us.
