We offer a service for couples who wishes to get divorced on a friendly bases and do not wish to attend to the process themselves. There is no DIY and we do it all for you at a fee of R 5900 - 00 (five thousand nine hundred rand). This fee includes the following:

Consultation in taking instructions
Drafting of the Summons and Settlement Agreement / Consent Paper
Sheriff costs
Serving, issuing and filing of documents
Preparing the party who shall be appearing at court
Telephone calls and email correspondence
Having a legal practitioner lead you through evidence at court
Obtaining a copy of your Divorce Order

Should everything run smoothly, the process from visiting our offices until the granting of a decree of divorce by the Court should take no more than 28 days.
