With us you have access to legal services via a range of avenues from face to face to text messaging. If you have the time and it is neccessary, we can consult with you at our offices or telephonically. if however you are busy or do not wish to interact with someone, you can liase with us via email, sms, BBM, facebook or email.

Should you wish us to provide you with legal advice via email, the costs therefore would range from R 200 - 00 (Two Hundred Rand). If you wish to make use of our telephonic consulting service, the rate is R 250 - 00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Rand) per quarter of an hour (fifteen minutes) or for part thereof. Face to Face consultations are for a minimum of 30 minutes and at a fee of R 500 (Five Hundred Rand) per half an hour or for part thereof. These consulting services would be useful should you wish to attend to the legal matter on your own but you require some guidance. The costs to consult via sms, facebook, bbm or skype would be R 250 - 00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Rand) per quarter of an hour (fifteen minutes) or for part thereof. Obviously this is much slower but useful to some people.
With regard to drafting of legal documents, our costs are R 1 000 - 00 (One Thousand Rand) per hour or for part thereof. We can assist you in drafting the following:
- Parenting Plans
- Court pleadings (summons, plea, counter claim, etc)
- Affidavits (Custody and visitation disputes etc)
- Court Notices
- Contacts
- Other legal document
A flat rate for the specific service can my also be provided and agreed upon.
With regard to legal representation, the actual projected cost of the legal services is an issue between the attorney we refer you to and yourself. Some attorneys would be willing to negotiate costs with you and others would have a fixed fee. Attorneys and Advocate’s costs may range from R 800 to R 1500 - 00 per hour. Advocate fees needs to be negotiated via the attorney.
If your matter is not that complicated and you require assistance, you may consult with a paralegal at a fee of R 500 - 00 per hour. This would be useful if you require someone to assist you in getting your maintenance papers in order.
