After hours Legal Telephonic Consultation

We do offer telephonic consultations during the day; however it is worth noting that most people are at work or attending to other important matters during that time. For consultations during the day, click here.

If you wish to make use of our after hour telephonic consultations which may take place for thirty (30) minutes or for part - thereof between 18:00 and 21:00 Mondays to Fridays, send us and email with your legal problems or issues and the preferred date and time for the consultation. Please note that we can only confirm a telephonic consultation once payment has been made. Also note that if the consultation turns out to be less than 30 minutes or an hour as the case may be, the fee would still be R 550 - 00 or R 1 100 - 00. You are welcome to arrange a telephonic consultation for more than 30 minutes or an hour if you have a variety of issues you wish to discuss or need advise on. If you arrange four (4) hours of consultations in one month, you get the fifth hour free.

Please note that telephonic consultations are also possible on weekends dependant on the availabiltiy of the consultant. Feel free to enquire should you wish to have a telephonic consultation during a weekend.

The steps to follow are:

1. Email us the preferred date and time for the after hour consultation;

2. Provide us with a landline number (neotel or telkom);

3. Provide us with a short description on what you require advice on or wish to discuss;

4. Make payment for the consultation and send proof to payment@ourlawyer.co.za or fax it to 0866067786.

Once payment has been made, the telephonic consultation would be able to be confirmed.

A consultant would then contact you at the mutually agreed time on the landline you provided.
